Return policy
You can return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it (7 days European countries).
The product must be returned unused and have clean and undamaged outsoles and uppers.
All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
When an item is not in mint condition we cannot exchange your returned item or give you a refund.
Return shipping and Handling costs are at the customer’s expense.
Please take into account that you are responsible for the package until we have received it.
We recommend insured returns.
Complaint
We investigate the products before shipping and we try to ensure that your goods arrive free from defects.
However, should you receive faulty items or an incorrect delivery, please make sure you contact our customer
service team as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery.
When a complaint is made, an investigation of the product is carried out, in some cases we will send your complaint
for further investigation to the supplier. Your views are highly valued, therefore we ask you to contact us to give us
your opinions and express your concerns.
